The 13^th Annual Chamber Golf Outing was held on August 5^th. at the Duck Lake Country Club. Again this event was very successful due to the sponsors and the many golfers that participated. It was a beautiful sunny day and the course was in excellent condition.

This event would not have been possible without the support of many sponsors and the hard work of the golf committee. Committee members this year were Rod McLaughlin, Bob Dickens, Rebecca Teel, Sue Steward and Mari Lin Pettit. The Eaton Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the many sponsors, as well as the staff at Duck Lake Country Club.

Everyone had a great time and all walked away with a prize. Some of the event winners were, Doug Parks won the putting contest. Longest drive for men was won by Mike Rodacker and longest drive for women was won by Jan Denton. Longest putt was won by Sue Berger and again Jan Denton was in the winners circle with closest to the pin on the 5th. hole.  Closest to the pin on 15 was Bruce Morton and the winning team with a score of 56 was the team of Ben Dancer, Bruce Morton, Ron Soule and Mike Daily.
