 Welcome to our new members who signed up at the QWS on March 5th. 57 new emails have been added to the list. We are a group of paddlers who try to get together once a week when the weather warms, I've attached a calendar of paddles and events for 2011.
High fuel prices and ecological concerns has increased interest in non-powered outdoor sports, this has spurred interest in canoes, kayaks and paddling the Grand River. Eaton Rapids Paddle Club celebrates non-motorized outdoor recreation and a shared concern for our Great Lakes environment.

- Saturday, August 13th Jackson County Maple Grove Rd. to Berry Rd. Grand River Cleanup RSVP to Cecilla #517-784-2800 ext. #208 by 8/11
- Wednesday, August 17th paddle at Lansing City Market meet at Mill St. at 5:15 p.m. and launch around 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, August 18th ERPC Work Session 1:00 p.m. City Hall Discuss Heritage Water Trail & walk Landfill for Springbrook Clean Up
- Monday, August 22nd Lugnuts Game - Free to those who work the Demo Day and/or Springbrook Clean Up
- Saturday, August 27th Demo Day 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. McArthur River Dr. Launch
- Saturday, September 3rd Paddle South Branch Ausable @ Roscommon
- Saturday, September 10th Springbrook Clean Up 10:00 a.m. Howe Memorial Field. For the clean up we need someone to cook breakfast & lunch as well as those willing to get in the water.
