- The Senior Center host a Jam Session with dancing every 3rd Saturday night at the center. They offer snacks, cookies, coffee and tea. Dinner and admittance is $7.00. Admittance is $2.00 per person without dinner. Proceeds go to the center.
You are invited to come join the fun at the center and move into the next generation of the retirement baby boomers. We offer coffee and conversation, cards, bingo, exercise, dancing and an enjoyable time.

- Eaton Rapids Pancake Benefit Scheduled for Saturday, February 18
The Eaton Rapids Township Fire Department invites area residents to enjoy food and fun at a February 18 pancake supper benefiting the local division of U.S. Naval Sea Cadets.
Service runs from 4:00 – 7:30 PM, and features an all-you-can-eat menu of pancakes, eggs, sausage links, coffee and milk. The cost is $5.00 per adult, and $4.00 for children and seniors who are 65 or older. All proceeds will be used to purchase new Sea Cadet uniforms for local youths age 11-17.
“This promises to be a great community event,” said LTCDR David Hall, who heads Sea Cadet US Division 094. “What’s more, it’s great to see our young people working alongside some true community heroes. We hope to have a strong turnout in support of both organizations.”
The event will be held at the Eaton Rapids Township Fire Department, 2029 S. Michigan Road (M-99).
The United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps program is geared toward young people who are interested in developing their skills in leadership, basic seamanship, courage, and self-reliance. Cadets meet one weekend a month to train, and take part in special training opportunities when possible.
