Annual Golf Outing
This year the ERACC is moving away from the Ryder Cup format that it has done in the past, and is going to move to a 4 person scramble, but wait there’s a twist…Golfers will still be playing for and defending a team trophy the ERACC “Charity Cup”. With momentum on their side, the 2016 Ryder Cup winner Eaton Rapids Medical Center will be defending their title in hopes of being the first team to win the new “Charity Cup” trophy.
This year the ERACC will be raising money for “Eaton Community Palliative Care”. Eaton Community Palliative Care (formally Eaton Community Hospice) is a volunteer organization providing physical, emotional, and spiritual care for the terminally ill, their family and/or significant others. They are dependent on contributions from the community not only in the form of monetary donations but also donations of time and talents to continue to serve the families of our community.
Registration is available online for both golfers and for sponsorship's. This is a great way to meet new people, advertise your business, and have fun while raising money for a good cause. Be sure to register by July 24th for any sponsorship opportunities you want to take advantage of.
This year the ERACC Charity Cup Format is a 4 person scramble
Teams will be made up of 4 persons (men, women, mixed) completely up to you and who you register with. Individual registrants and partners not on a team will be paired up at random to make complete teams.
4 person teams will then be placed under a Grand Sponsor Team at random. Each team will be competing to win as a 4 person team AND they will have their scores combined with other teams under the same Grand Sponsor in hopes of winning the trophy for the Grand Sponsors.
